In the event that Energy Customer Care LLC has charged you directly for a specific paid service or product (e.g., a premium consultation or report), you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions: • The request is made within 14 days of the original charge date. • The service or product was not delivered as described. • A technical error resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge.
